Nothing Helps Your Flowers and Garden Grow More Than Expand 'n Gro

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you have ever wondered how to get your flowers and vegetable garden to become bright and vibrant, the only soil you need is Expand ‘n Gro™ by Scotts. This is something everyone who loves planting flowers and growing their vegetable garden in the Spring and Summer months needs to use. If you have been searching and searching for something that would make your flowers and vegetable garden grow, all you need is a planting soil that is made up of all natural Coir Coconut. This Coir is found in such places as Mexico, Sri Lanka, India, Dominican Republic and Vietnam. Just as coconut meat and juice is good for the human body, so to is it good from growing flowers and vegetables.

The Expand 'n Gro planting soil is far better than the native soil in your front or backyard. Plus, this concentrated planting mix will expand up to 3x in water. If feeding your plants new soil every month is something you frown upon, this planting soil lasts for up to 6 months and this planting soil is made from all natural fibers and holds up to 50% more water.

This planting soil is amazing because I am not a fan of replacing old soil for new or having to re mix the native soil with this type of soil over and over again. I like is when things, especially planting gardens, are kept simple. This is one product that does what it says and says what it does. If I like this planing soil, I know you will too. So go look for this at your local lawn and garden retailer. Now, this soil is available in Texas, Midwest and Northeast right now.

Tilling the soil is important to mix in this new planting soil, so make sure it is mixed in well with your native soil. When you do this, it will make your garden healthier and reduce the bulk density. This makes the soil up to 40% lighter, while creating up to 90% more air space. Remember, the Expand 'n Gro planting soil can be used in planting pots or in the ground.

Look Into A Military VA Streamlined Loan

If you are a member of any branch of the military and you own a home, right now is the best time to look into VA streamline loans. These loans are, a refinance program, are backed by the government. These mortgage loans are for active duty and retired veterans that might have an already existing VA loan.

Applying for a VA streamline loan provides military personnel with a fast and hassle free road to  refinance their current VA home loan. The streamline home loan allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. Right now, VA streamline refinance is offering you the best refinance program around. If you are looking for the lowest interest rates, the VA streamline refinance home loan or the IRRL, interest rate reduction loan. An IRRL is the best mortgage refinance loan today.

Along with a VA streamline loan, there is the VA guaranteed loans. These loans are given by private lenders like banks, mortgage companies and savings & loans. The VA guaranteed loan is only available to eligible veterans and the home being streamlined can only be occupied by the lender.

As for the maximum on a VA loan, there really is not limit. Although, lenders will usually limit VA loans to $240,000. After lenders accept a VA loan application, that lender is, more likely than not,  to sell that VA loans to a secondary market. These secondary markets, right now, place a $240,000 limit on loans. Military VA applicants, taking out a loan for $240,000, for the most part, can qualify to obtain no down-payment financing.

Once a veteran has streamline refinanced their home, they can go to HGTV  and look for ways to beautify the front of their home, along their walkway, and turn their backyard into their little piece of paradise.

Planting our Dwarf Lemon Tree

After church today, we went to OSH to look for a dwarf lemon tree. There were several  types of dwarf trees there. I read what each lemon tree was like and tasted like and the one we purchased is the Meyer's Dwarf Lemon Tree. This tree is perfect because my twins will be able to eat them and not have that sour face. This should hopefully make for good lemonade too. I am looking forward to seeing lemons on this tree by next year..if this tree lives and produces, I may purchase a dwarf orange tree too.

Here are photos of my Twins and Daddy planting Dwarf Lemon Tree (in planter) and Mommy taking photos, as always.

My Twins Helping Our Neighbor in Front Yard

My twins, they love helping either Mommy or Daddy do anything around the house, except for when it comes to cleaning their own room and cleaning up their toys...but I digress..

So today, my neighbor across the street from my home was working on her front yard. My twins walked over, or rode their bike over, to her home and began talking to her and asking all these questions. My twins, they ask all sorts of questions, all the time, even until they fall asleep at night. My twins asked, "Do you want some help?" She said, "Sure, whey not." Honestly, I do not think she could not get a word in edgewise with them talking and talking and talking..need I say more..

I eventually walked over to her home to see what my twins were doing, helping or harming. It looked like they were indeed helping..here are some pics:
